Six axis articulated industrial robot device for process testing and industrial production
A six axis industrial robot is a multi degree of freedom industrial automation equipment, whose core characteristics are reflected in high-precision motion control and multi scene adaptability. This device achieves flexible posture adjustment in three-dimensional space through six rotation axes, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.08mm (by 2025) and a maximum arm radius of 2.55m. In terms of structural design, it adopts a closed arm and hollow drive system, with a protection level of up to IP67, suitable for harsh environments such as electronic manufacturing and precision assembly. As a process testing instrument, it not only supports engineering technology research in scientific research institutions, but also is widely used in industrial production scenarios such as welding, palletizing, and visual inspection
